The letter is in a format which you can edit to make it a more personal letter, or if you wish just send as it is. However It would be far better to make it more personal as you can then talk about the damage to the lanes in your local area and how this has affected your use of them. You could also include local knowledge of your lanes and how this nuisance has damaged them and had a detrimental affect on their use. This will carry much more weight than just sending a standard letter. 



Remember, for every letter that an MHK receives, it is considered that at least 500 other people feel the same way.
