This greenway runs from The Sloc to Surby near Port Erin. The grass surface has been extensively damaged by continual use by off-road motor bikes. The track has been repaired in places , but if the damage continues, this path will become unwalkable as has happened elsewhere. At the moment these ruts are mostly confined to the path, but as they deepen, bikes start to ride outside of  the path, and the damage spreads across the heather.
